Installation & Retainer Fee - $500

This fee covers:

  • Full installation and setup
  • On-site hosting and facilitation
  • Breakdown and removal
  • Event logistics, labor, and equipment
  • Dedicated time reservation

Event Details:

  • Minimum: 5 guests
  • Maximum: 15 guests
  • Per-person rate: $150/guest (billed after consultation)

Important: This fee is paid at the time of booking and is the only way to secure your date and time.

Payment Terms:

  • Final balance due 7 days prior to event date
  • Add-ons allowed up to 48 hours prior to event date
